นอกจากแอปเปิลจะเปิดตัว iPad mini และ MacBook Pro Retina Display 13 นิ้วแล้ว อีกหนึ่งไฮไลท์สำคัญของงานก็คือการเปิดตัว iMac รุ่นใหม่ ที่มาพร้อมกับชื่อ The New iMac โดยมีดีไซน์ที่บางเฉียบของขอบหน้าจอที่หนาเพียง 5 มิลลิเมตรเท่านั้น และบางกว่ารุ่นก่อนหน้านี้ถึง 80% ส่วนขนาดหน้าจอแบ่งออกเป็นสองรุ่น คือรุ่น 21.5 นิ้ว ความละเอียด 1920x1080 พิกเซล กับรุ่น 27 นิ้ว 2560x1440 พิกเซล และที่สำคัญ iMac รุ่นนี้ยังตัดไดร์ฟดีวีดีออกไปเพื่อความบางของตัวเครื่อง
