Alexander McQueen's First Ever Boutique on Savile Row
By SENATUS News | 25 October 2012

Alexander McQueen has opened their first ever boutique on the famous Savile Row in Mayfair, London. The boutique reflects the iconic British fashion house's renewed focus on menswear and the dedication to the art of fine craftsmanship.

The retail space features 19th Century-style ornate plaster paneling replete with McQueen signature skulls motifs and Nero Argento marble flooring marked by touches of red carpeting. Handles are carved into horns with the medieval-inspired chains holding up the shelves and claws acting as the feet for the cabinets. The large glass cube is the centerpiece of the boutique and contains a carefully curated selection of artworks.

The largest McQueen menswear outlet in the world, the boutique stocks the ready-to-wear collection and accessories with the special in-house tailoring service available in a year's time.
