#GPHG 2024 Nominee - Jewellery - Dior Grand Soir Reine des Abeilles
By SENATUS Editor | 11 November 2024

The Dior Grand Soir collection delves into the world of Monsieur Dior and his passions, interpreted through exceptional ornamental techniques.

The Dior Grand Soir Reine des Abeilles (Queen of Bees) honors the bee, a small inhabitant of the gardens so loved by Monsieur Dior.

A tribute to the seamstresses of the Haute Couture workshops whom he affectionately called his "bees," this aerial creature crafted in rose gold is adorned with diamonds, rubies, sapphires, and brightly colored lacquers to become a true piece of multicolored jewelry. Its wings move with a "trembling" mechanism that offers a fascinating display with each movement of the wrist.
