Parmigiani Fleurier Tempus Fugit "The Dragon And The Pearl Of Knowledge" #YearoftheDragon
By SENATUS Editor | 31 January 2024

Parmigiani Fleurier's Tempus Fugit clock is a masterpiece that celebrates the Year of the Wood Dragon, and is a magnificent restoration of a masterpiece from its Métiers d’Art collection.

This exceptional creation is inspired by the legend of the Dragon and the Pearl of Knowledge, powerful symbols anchored deep in traditional Chinese culture. Itt intricately portrays a dragon pursuing a golden pearl, symbolising perseverance, power, and wisdom, combining high watchmaking with automaton art.

The dragon on this one-of-a-kind creation boasts 585 jade scales, while the pearl is surrounded by diamonds, rubies, and sapphires.
