The Malle Courrier exhibition by Louis Vuitton in Asnières, France
By SENATUS Editor | 5 July 2023

Embodying the essence of the Maison’s savoir-faire, Louis Vuitton presents its new exhibition, The Malle Courrier, in Asnières.

Until February 2024, Louis Vuitton installs its Malle Courrier exhibition in Asnières, which remains at the heart of the Maison, gathering the Family House, the atelier and the gallery. Inspired by the flat-top trunk designed by Louis Vuitton himself in 1858, the Malle Courrier was patented by the Maison in 1867. It owes its name to the term “long courrier” – French for “long-haul” –, alluding to its use on long-distance journeys by train or ship.
