Pastry Chef Nina Métayer joins Jaeger-leCoultre's Made of Makers programme
By SENATUS Editor | 17 April 2023

Pastry Chef Nina Métayer as the latest Maker in Jaeger-leCoultre's Made of Makers programme.

For Jaeger-LeCoultre, she imagined an exclusive Golden Ratio pastry collection expanding the existing dialogue between horology, artisanship and art. Using only the inimitable flavours of the Vallée de Joux, her pastries personify the Maison’s values of creativity, expertise, precision and excellence and will be available to taste in the Manufacture's 1931 Café during the coming year.

The chef gave a delightful preview of what she had to offer at the 1931 cafe during the concluded Watches & Wonders trade fair held in Geneva.
