Bovet 1822 wins big at Middle East Watch and Jewellery of the Year Awards 2022
By SENATUS Editor | 1 December 2022

Last night in Dubai, U.A.E., Bovet 1822 won two prizes at the prestigious Middle East Watch and Jewellery of the Year Awards.

"Best Independent Watch Brand” - Bovet 1822 wins the award on its 200th year of existence. Bovet produces nearly everything in-house, including the hairspring and regulating organ, with the human touch all throughout.

"Best Classical Watch" - for the Virtuoso V. Presenting two traditional high complications, the Jumping Hour with Retrograde Minutes, in a modern way -- in a titanium Amadeo convertible case and with a stunning salmon lacquer dial -- truly represents the best of the brand.

“The Middle East is one of my favorite places in the entire world and to be honored here is very special for me," Pascal Raffy, owner of Bovet 1822 said. “I love this region, there is so much warmth and knowledge, and we will continue to imagine and engineer outstanding timepieces to surprise and delight our dear Middle East Collectors. Thank you.”
