'A Magazine Curated by Alessandro Michele' Exhibit in Beijing
By SENATUS Magazine | 29 March 2017

Created under the theme "Blind For Love," presenting A Magazine Curated By Alessandro Michele. Held at 77 Theatre in Beijing until 9 April, the showcase includes an immersive projection room inviting visitors to enter the pages of the magazine in a psychedelic audio-visual collage.

Artist Coco Capitán whose work was integrated by Alessandro Michele into the Gucci Fall/Winter 2017/18 show, has several of his iconic handwritings and snapshots of Rome and Florence exhibited in a dedicated room.

Inside the Cabinet of Curiosities, a room which celebrates Alessandro Michele's universe, continues the focus on Capitán. The space features a selection of objects, photographs and artworks — hanging on a wallpaper created out of an image of the valley of Civita di Bagnoregio taken by Vanni Attili, which was also the cover of the issue.
