Seen @ Valentino Flagship Store Opening in New York City
By SENATUS Editor | 12 December 2014

The evening's festivities which kicked off Valentino's flagship store opening at the former Whitney Museum space on Madison Avenue in New York City, featured an Haute Couture fashion show designed by Valentino’s Maria Grazia Chiuri and Pierpaolo Piccioli, followed by dinner and a musical performance by British band Skunk Anansie.

The event, despite clashing with Dior's pre-Fall 2015 presentation halfway around the world in Tokyo, saw the attendance of Anna Wintour, designers Calvin Klein, Peter Dundas of Emilio Pucci, Prabal Gurung, Derek Lam, Tommy Hilfiger, photographer Ellen von Unwerth, A-list celebrities Jaime King and Nicky Hilton, James Marsden, Ivanka Trump, Sofia Coppola, Ben Stiller, Olivia Munn, Katie Holmes and Olivia Palermo, as well as Valentino Garavani himself.
